The follow-up to debut album 'Play For Today', Bisonics here deal with the trials of day-to-day living. From easy sex and hard drugs to putting the kettle on and watching a W.C. Fields film, this set of short songs examine our distractions and obsessions (avarice, lust, addiction, egomania etc) and maybe find contentment and joy underneath it all. It's philosophy you can rhumba to.
The CD of 'Seconds' comes with a booklet of artwork by Stephanie Johnson depicting the songs. To have included them here would have meant severely cropping the images. Therefore, rather than butcher the designs, this download album has been illustrated by a replacement set of pictures by Paul Hamilton. We hope this doesn't spoil your enjoyment.
